At JTP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your JTP account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Secure the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
